We work alongside local Swiss farmers that practice sustainable agriculture to cultivate biomass of the finest quality. Before starting materials enter our facility, it is third-party analyzed for cannabinoid content, heavy metals, pesticides and microbiomes to ensure that it is safe for the processes that follow.
From hydrocarbon to supercritical CO2, our team has worked with all of the staple methods of hemp extraction. Our experience has taught us that cryogenic ethanol extraction and thin-film distillation is the most efficient, effective and sustainable way of yielding scientifically advanced cannabinoids. Solvents are recovered, filtered and recycled for the next extraction.
Before ingredients leave our facility, we evaluate again for potency, impurities, residual solvents and appearance. Our quality program ensures full traceability for every extract produced.
